When you find the channel to a radio station, you might stop at a song you like. The song can make you nostalgic, evoke love, or bring about any other feelings. Hence, I decided to create a wave frequency channel chart to indicate which so-called frequency I was tuning into. I categorize them into three frequencies: UPF (Unaligned Past Frequency), ANF (Aligned Now Frequency), and UFF (Unaligned Future Frequency).
Tuning into the UPF (Unaligned Past Frequency) channel plays like a somber ballad, repeating the same melancholic notes with beats of painful memories, constant regret, and shame—all driven by the underlying theme of not being good enough. In this frequency, it feels like being prey, constantly hunted and trapped in victim mode—like humans feeling small in the presence of mighty, fierce dinosaurs, overwhelmed by their size, power, and dominion.
Tuning into the ANF (Aligned Now Frequency) channel resonates like the soothing chime of mindful bells, creating a calm and centered melody. You’re fully present, embracing infinite flow, with your extraordinary self radiating. Each note brings harmony, balance, and effortless soaring.
Tuning into the UFF (Unaligned Future Frequency) channel feels like a relentless, futuristic techno beat—fast, chaotic, and hypnotic. The orbital path leads you into a black hole, where excessive worry echoes, tension pulses, and sharp spikes of stress emerge, plunging you into a space of unsettling uncertainty and fear.
So when you hear a colleague harping on about the same story of sorrow of what someone horribly did to them, tell them, “Do you realize you are still stuck on the same UPF channel, quite like a dinosaur prey? Tune back to ANF.”
If your mother or a worrywart friend keeps reminding you of tomorrow’s concerns and the fears of what hasn’t happened yet, remember that the UFF channel is like being in an unidentified flying object falling into the black hole—all still unknown and unsettling. Meanwhile, the ANF is a channel of calm and expansion, where detachment reigns and there is a remembrance of all that is extraordinary—embracing both nothingness and somethingness. Here, UFOs may or may not exist, sparking excitement in an open canvas of free creativity, shaped by our choosing.
Tune back to the ANF frequency today.
