Entrepreneur or employee.
Founder or corporate professional.
We often frame these as opposing identities, one driven by risk and innovation, the other by structure and stability.
But in reality? We’re often seeking the same things:
→ Work that aligns with our values
→ Leadership rooted in empathy, not ego
→ A sense of purpose that goes beyond profit
Some pursue these through building something of their own.
Others do it inside organizations, leading from within, creating change.
Both paths are valid.
Both require courage.
And both benefit from spaces where honest, thoughtful conversations can happen, free from judgment or pressure.
Not everyone can, or wants to, walk away from the security they’ve built.
Not everyone who’s chosen entrepreneurship wants to leave structure behind entirely.
Maybe it’s time we stop dividing ourselves by title or career status and start connecting over what we really care about:
How we work, why it matters, and how we treat people along the way.
What I love about the CoCoHub is that is provides an opportunity for all to contribute, whether as a member or as a guest.
Different perspectives create a richer environment with more meaningful conversations and more creative solutions so whatever your current situation, you are welcome to join discussion.
