Life changes in a Heartbeat
I feel that the sudden turn of events is somehow still reverberating through me on some level. I have come through many challenging times in the past few years and was just getting my life on track and enjoying some greater ease. Now this. Its an emotional rollercoaster and its important for me to return to and maintain my equilibrium.
Reality Check
At times, I was super excited and felt on-track and as if all possibilities were within reach. Things flowed and worked out…for a while. Then the same old low-vibe pattern would play out through the reality of my life and it was ‘here we go again.’ If you resonate with this, celebrate!
It happens to ‘us’
When dread disease strikes, it strikes everyone. Sometimes we’re the wind and sometimes we’re the wings.
Overwhelmed and Underpaid
So when I say the clichéd term “I know how you feel” I truly mean it. I have been there. Not once. Many times. Even now, my ball of wool becomes entangled on this journey called my life. The difference is that I am aware of the chaos I am creating and can help myself before it becomes an unrecognisable mess.
Many Directions, which one’s for you?
Not everyone wants to walk away from corporate life. And not everyone should.
Magical Curiosity
In response to Sibylle Stehli’s post, “Curiosity brings simplicity” – I concur. This speaks even more deeply when we approach life as present-moment observers. When we’re not tangled in past narratives, future worries, or current anxieties and the tizz of the present dramas, we allow ourselves to be genuinely curious. We witness. We see through different lens.
A Mad Tea Party?
I was taken on a trip into my inner 5-year-old where I remembered having a tea party with the little boy next door. Doing what Mommy always did, I placed the teabag in (cold) water, added the milk and sugar, and then handed him the cup. It must have tasted foul, but I watched him consume it all.
From Lack to Flow: The Vibration of Aligned Co-Creation
When everyone tends to their own energy, the collective naturally rises. There’s no confusion, no frustration—only resonance.
Imagine all the people sharing all the world
In Amor Marquez Chibanda’s post, Letting Go To Overflow, she suggests that it is our attachment to “my” that blocks our own flow of abundance.
The Past Has Passed
The new year has begun. How many of us are still clinging to old emotional baggage, and past traumas? Here are some quotes that reflect on the power of letting go of the past, offering insight on how to better embrace our desired narrative on a fresh page, a new day, and a brand-new year—dissolving the old and stepping into the narrative of freedom.
Boundless Pause
One of the wonderful things I’ve discovered is that taking several short pauses throughout the day helps me find clarity in my authentic choices and align with my inner self.
From Success to Significance: Elevating Your Business’s Positive Impact on the World
In the evolving landscape of business, a profound shift is taking place as entrepreneurs and leaders recognize that true fulfillment lies not just in achieving success, but in creating significance. This transition represents a powerful reimagining of what business can be…
Vultures Claim
Vultures hover over their prey, ready for the last dying breath of an animal in the wilderness. How many people do you see circling around elders, hoping their names appear in a will to inherit wealth? How many try to stake a claim in long-standing businesses built by the hard work of others, eager to gain assets without contributing to the legacy? To me, this is akin to a conqueror marking their territory, seeking dominion over someone else’s life’s work.
Dusting off Quicksand
Looking back on my journey, there have been plenty of times I’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unable to see a way out—kind of like being trapped in quicksand. It’s easy to panic in those moments.
