Collaboration over competition has long been a mantra I hold close, and yet, as Allison so beautifully shares in her post Vibrational alignment in collaboration, we’ve all experienced more collaborations that stall along the way than those that truly thrive.
What really resonated with me in her post was this line:
“The vibration of abundance activates synchronicity: The right people. The right resources. The right timing. The right next steps.”
If that’s true, then its opposite must also be true.
Confused people confuse people.
Frustrated people create more frustration.
When we step into collaboration from a place of lack, fear, or uncertainty, we unknowingly carry that energy into the space. And that energy ripples. It clouds communication, creates misalignment, and turns possibility into pressure.
But as Allison goes on to explore, when each person shows up from their highest, clearest vibration anchored in abundance, trust, and wholeness, it creates harmony. Not just between individuals, but within the entire process. That is where flow lives.
When we believe we need others to complete something within us, the collaboration begins with an invisible imbalance. But when we come in whole—knowing we want to co-create, not that we need to—that’s when the magic unfolds.
Honouring your highest vibration isn’t just a personal practice—it’s the foundation of meaningful collaboration. Because when everyone tends to their own energy, the collective naturally rises. There’s no confusion, no frustration…only resonance.

Oh, the frustration of a collaboration not on the same (quantum) page. Been there many times. Thank you for your insights, Louise!
