Stepping into one another’s hearts

Dread disease, a critical illness that can potentially be life-threatening to the one being diagnosed, and life-changing for those they love. In Sibylle’s reflection post, Life changes in a Heartbeat, she shares the touching experience of a child on the brink of losing a parent. It’s every child’s fear… not the fear of if, because we know it’s inevitable. But the fear of when. Or how. We are never ready.

Life changes in a Heartbeat

I feel that the sudden turn of events is somehow still reverberating through me on some level. I have come through many challenging times in the past few years and was just getting my life on track and enjoying some greater ease. Now this. Its an emotional rollercoaster and its important for me to return to and maintain my equilibrium.

You are your True North

Growth and expansion are natural results of stepping more fully into your purpose and the person you are becoming to fulfil that purpose. Not everyone is on the same page, as we are all at different places in our journey. Accepting this, being kind and gentle and holding compassion for yourself and others, makes for a more enjoyable experience.

Overwhelmed and Underpaid

So when I say the clichéd term “I know how you feel” I truly mean it. I have been there. Not once. Many times. Even now, my ball of wool becomes entangled on this journey called my life. The difference is that I am aware of the chaos I am creating and can help myself before it becomes an unrecognisable mess.

Magical Curiosity

In response to Sibylle Stehli’s post, “Curiosity brings simplicity” – I concur. This speaks even more deeply when we approach life as present-moment observers. When we’re not tangled in past narratives, future worries, or current anxieties and the tizz of the present dramas, we allow ourselves to be genuinely curious. We witness. We see through different lens.

The Past Has Passed

The new year has begun. How many of us are still clinging to old emotional baggage, and past traumas? Here are some quotes that reflect on the power of letting go of the past, offering insight on how to better embrace our desired narrative on a fresh page, a new day, and a brand-new year—dissolving the old and stepping into the narrative of freedom.

From Success to Significance: Elevating Your Business’s Positive Impact on the World

In the evolving landscape of business, a profound shift is taking place as entrepreneurs and leaders recognize that true fulfillment lies not just in achieving success, but in creating significance. This transition represents a powerful reimagining of what business can be…

Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be?

It’s easy to become so influenced by the opinions and expectations of others that we lose sight of what we truly want from our lives, careers, or businesses

Juggling Hypnosis

Throughout my many years of living a fast-paced, juggling-balancing life, I discovered that one of the things that brought me a sense of serenity was finding a creative outlet: exploring new places and capturing beautiful moments. I looked forward to finding that sunset, the sunrise, or donkeys rolling in the sand, the sunlight shimmering in a puddle of water, or really anything. I simply found pure joy in capturing all sorts of things. It gave me a chance to stop, pause, and truly appreciate the natural beauty of life—something I often overlooked amid many other distractions.
