Life changes in a Heartbeat
I feel that the sudden turn of events is somehow still reverberating through me on some level. I have come through many challenging times in the past few years and was just getting my life on track and enjoying some greater ease. Now this. Its an emotional rollercoaster and its important for me to return to and maintain my equilibrium.
Self Care is not Selfish
Neglecting self-care can make things harder, especially when your energy is most needed. Taking small, consistent steps to nurture your physical and emotional well-being – whether through rest, movement, or reflection – can help create the clarity and direction you’re searching for.
Magical Curiosity
In response to Sibylle Stehli’s post, “Curiosity brings simplicity” – I concur. This speaks even more deeply when we approach life as present-moment observers. When we’re not tangled in past narratives, future worries, or current anxieties and the tizz of the present dramas, we allow ourselves to be genuinely curious. We witness. We see through different lens.
Why Curiosity matters in business
I had no fear. I had curiosity. I felt at home, safe, and at peace. Things were simple then. I trusted and I was open to where things would lead next. I did not have a 1-year or 5-year plan. I did not know of anything outside of the moment I was in. All I knew was that the magic was right there, in the moments, and I didn’t want it to end.
Framing the intent of collaboration
So, a question to resolve accordingly is where am I to find or become aware of my highest vibration and how am I to appropriately act from such vibration within this 3D world we are living in with regards to collaboration?
In Step with the Misstep
In response to Allison’s post Conscious Collaboration. Find your highest vibration and honour it.
Vibrational alignment in collaboration
I’ve noticed something… The collaborations that fall apart are often born from lack. From a quiet belief that “I can’t do this alone.” That “I need what I don’t yet have.”
Flowing Freely as an Entrepreneur
In Allisons’ post titled ‘How do we know?’ she speaks on the new entrepreneur. Her post addresses those entrepreneurs whose abundance flow is blocked. Allison asks how we know if we’re spiritually bypassing or emotionally avoiding within our business.
Beyond the Comfort Zone: Managing Expectations When Success Calls for Change
Sometimes the greatest expectation we can have of ourselves is the courage to evolve, even when the path ahead isn’t clearly marked.
Studies Show That This Sport Is The Stress-Busting Solution
This past weekend, I took a break and headed upstate to NY, hoping for a snowy retreat. While snow is not as common in NY as it used to be, the joy and peace I find in skiing are unmatched. Yes, skiing! Not only does it offer a unique experience, but its therapeutic benefits are substantiated by scientific evidence.

I believe in love
The other day, I watched an episode of America’s Got Talent featuring a choir made up of people who had been homeless. One woman who saw talent and passion on the streets put a choir together. Their performance truly tugged at my heart. They made a difference in their homeless community. They created songs, performed, and raised funds to help each other access medical care.
