I’ve recently started exploring the characteristics of ‘the new entrepreneur’ within the context of “the new human” and “the new earth” that have become hot topics within spiritual circles.
My contemplation has been around what embodied Christ consciousness would look like in business. Can we truly conduct our businesses from a frequency of unconditional love instead of profit? When everybody gives, everybody gains.
For “the new entrepreneur,” life is easy. Everything flows. According to Bashar, the sign of abundance is when we have the ability to do whatever we need to do when we need to do it. This settles, for me anyway, the ongoing debate or assumptions within spiritual entrepreneurial circles about whether they’re conducting their business as “high-vibrational” beings. Are they able to do whatever they need to do whenever they need to do it?
Yes, there are those who have mastered the art of manifestation. Does that make them more spiritually evolved than the ones who are still finding their way? Or does it simply mean they’ve mastered the art of manifestation?
And for those finding their way, what are they “measuring” their spirituality against?
Questions that do not have definitive answers. No human is an authority on this topic because nobody truly knows. We’re all just coming at it from our limited human consciousness.
Which is why I love listening to speakers who channel entities that embody true high-vibrational consciousness. It gives me a glimpse into what life can be when everyone on this planet is truly operating from the highest vibration of unconditional love.
Why everyone on this planet?
Because, like it or not, our own vibration is linked to the average frequency of those who live on this planet alongside us.
According to Bashar, who represents a civilisation 3,000 years ahead of us:
- Humans on this planet average 40,000 to 50,000 Hertz, with some reaching temporary heightened states of 200,000 Hertz. This is also the space of third-dimensional (3D) consciousness.
- Only when the human average reaches 200,0000 Hertz do we enter a fourth-dimensional (4D) reality of healing towards wholeness.
- Pure light, which is the spirit realm, is over 333,000 Hertz.
The frequency of Bashar’s civilisation is over 300,000 Hertz. They’re not quite pure light because they still have physical attributes.
WHAT I’VE LEARNT FROM PURE-POSITIVE CIVILISATIONS
Within their consciousness, the momentum of positive beliefs has grown to a level where even trying to imagine something negative is almost impossible. From this collective frequency of pure positive beliefs, they’re able to do everything they need to do when they need to do it.
Here’s the kicker: they do all this without money. Synchronicity allows the right people to show up at the right time for one another’s mutual benefit. No need for problem-solving, healing, or lack. No need to sell products or services at a profit.
WHAT I’VE LEARNT FROM OBSERVING ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN OUR CURRENT 3D REALITY
As current entrepreneurs, while we’re still averaging 40,000 to 50,000 Hertz, our lives revolve around having enough money to thrive. There is no getting away from it. Our current reality has bills that have to be paid. We have to buy basic necessities for us to survive before we can even think of thriving.
And too often, spiritual entrepreneurs resort to spiritual platitudes or coping skills to avoid feeling the discomfort of what we have created for ourselves… the subtle difference between inspired action or non-action in absolute faith versus spiritual bypassing or emotional avoidance. We use 333,000 Hertz terminology to avoid dealing with our 50,000 Hertz situations.
HOW DO WE KNOW?
So how do we recognise spiritual bypassing and emotional avoidance within our business? In other words, when do we use spiritual terms to avoid the discomfort of what our negative beliefs have manifested into our reality? When we’re unable to do what we need to do when we need to do it. It indicates that we’re still carrying negative beliefs that are blocking our natural abundance.
