Experience of life:
Where ever we are in our experiences with regards to our feelings and meaningfulness in living our lives, their come moments of curiosity and wonder about our way forward in the best possible way, and if so inclined, for the greater good of all.

In response to Sibylle post “Why Curiosity Matters in Business” relating to the experience of curiosity in one’s childhood, I also can relate that as a child I enjoyed playing with my Lego blocks.

I remember that I loved to construct various mobile structure that looked like my versions of cars, trucks and even boats (with wheels on to move about). In a sense I was curious in wondering how I would move them around accordingly. I imagined driving them over and around various obstacles and my boats through stormy seas – and enjoying the experience of it!

Now that I am older, as a curious and aspiring coach entrepreneur, I have found that at times in wondering about my own coaching practice, I opened up to new possibilities of applying and practicing my coaching skills and being excited by it. Subsequently, as I embody my curiosity with empathy, it also brings forth an energy of caring with it.

Having adopted a golden life rule, once shared by an experienced coach, that people do not care about what you know … until they know that you care, I found that as such being caring also opens their own sense of inward curiosity and wonder regarding what they are about in a positive way!

So, can you be with the possibility that such is the power of curiosity and associated sense of wonder?

Curious to know your archetype and how I can support you?

Love the photo Dirk! I have a friend who is a LegoSeriousPlay facilitator, it’s a fantastic process, so maybe it’s time to get the bricks out!
