Bliss is real. Alchemy is real. And gratitude, inner work and consistency with the tools needed to bring it all about, is non-negotiable.
When we are centered in our hearts, we are communing with Soul. Our heart-brain is the most powerful brain we have (we actually have 3 = head, gut and heart). It follows then that if we align ourselves with our Soul AND our 40 000 neural cells, we literally create that which we desire with more ease.
I knew with a certainty beyond understanding that all would be in place by the end of September 2024…and it was. I surrendered my life to God more and more as I grew in my spiritual discipline and courage.

The other day, I watched an episode of America’s Got Talent featuring a choir made up of people who had been homeless. One woman who saw talent and passion on the streets put a choir together. Their performance truly tugged at my heart. They made a difference in their homeless community. They created songs, performed, and raised funds to help each other access medical care.
