A Mad Tea Party?

I was taken on a trip into my inner 5-year-old where I remembered having a tea party with the little boy next door. Doing what Mommy always did, I placed the teabag in (cold) water, added the milk and sugar, and then handed him the cup. It must have tasted foul, but I watched him consume it all.

Why Curiosity matters in business

I had no fear. I had curiosity. I felt at home, safe, and at peace. Things were simple then. I trusted and I was open to where things would lead next. I did not have a 1-year or 5-year plan. I did not know of anything outside of the moment I was in. All I knew was that the magic was right there, in the moments, and I didn’t want it to end.
